The mean of grades aggregation method calculates the percentage for each item. Then, it averages the scores. Mean of grades is a good choice when all activities are given equal points, as this aggregation will equally affect the overall grade. This is the most common strategy utilized by K-12 instructors. Only use this method when the number of points given to an item is arbitrary and is not a factor in deciding its weight for computing the course grade.
