There are many terms in the Moodle and Joule Gradebooks that may be unfamiliar to the newcomer. This Glossary contains vocabulary that is specific to the Gradebook. If you come across a term throughout the course that you don't understand, the best place to check for a definition is here in the glossary.

Toggle Visible/ Hidden (Currently ________)

Change a graded items' visibility. This setting will tell you the item's current status as well.

Turn editing off

With editing turned off the quick grading and feedback boxes will not be displayed below each activity, therefore it will not allow for editing until the Turn editing on button is on.

Turn editing on

With editing turned on in the Moodle Grader report you will be able to add a grade and feedback using the boxes displayed below each activity.
