Introduction to the Gradebook

In some cases, you may want to hide the Gradebook from students entirely. There may not be a need for the students to see their grades (possibly there aren't any grades, or grades that are earned are not important). In order to hide the Gradebook from students, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the course settings area (Settings > Course Administration > Edit settings).
• Scroll to the option Show gradebook to students.
• Choose "No."
• Scroll to the bottom and Save changes.
