MOODLE INTRO S&T: Sandbox?

I am in S&T, the Computer Science dept.

My modules are all project modules.

Having spent the last few years in OASIS, I now find myself in sand!

I am hoping I'll be able to use moodle more extensively than I could OASIS, which was basically just a big notice board for me.
